Job summary

Manafort Brothers in Cumberland, RI is seeking a Construction Dispatcher to coordinate communication and logistics between drivers and jobsites, ensuring timely operations across transportation and logistics at our Cumberland location.

The successful candidate will have supervisory experience in construction or industrial settings; knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and regional regulations; experience in trucking logistics; and working knowledge of federal and state commercial motor

Responsibilities

• Receiving and managing calls; dispatching appropriate trucks.

• Problem-solving to address delays or breakdowns and provide quick solutions.
• Record keeping of dispatch activities and delivery logs.
• Customer service: respond to inquiries and resolve complaints with professional communication.
