Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Safety minded with good attendance, pass pre-employment substance testing.
• Proficient with Windows applications and capable of using different software.
• Ability to do basic math and communicate effectively by phone and radio.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer and driver calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule and track orders and deliveries; prepare next-day delivery schedules.
• Coordinate deliveries with customers, sales, quality control, and operators.
• Maintain knowledge of city streets to assist drivers with job sites.
• Oversee overtime and varying shifts, including weekends.
• Record delivery and product information accurately in the system.
