Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Windows applications.
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with customers and personnel.
• Able to perform basic math and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer and driver calls in a timely, professional manner.
• Schedule and track orders and deliveries.
• Prepare daily delivery schedules outlining equipment, personnel, and material needs.
• Coordinate deliveries with customers, sales, quality control, and drivers.
• Maintain knowledge of city streets to assist drivers at job sites.
• Work overtime and varied shifts as required.
• Record delivery information accurately in the dispatch system.
