ICON Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking a Logistics/Delivery Coordinator to manage daily deliveries and provide top-tier customer service. You will coordinate routes, schedule drivers, and respond to customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires flexible hours, including potential overtime and Saturdays, with a focus on accurate record-keeping and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Safety minded professional who demonstrates good performance and attendance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows applications.
• Demonstrates the ability to perform work efficiently utilizing different pieces of software.
• Demonstrates the ability to do basic math.
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel via telephone and two-way radio.
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently, without direct supervision.
• Demonstrates a willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Demonstrates ability to work and communicate well with Supervisors, Truck Drivers, Heavy Equipment Operators and other employees.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer and driver calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedules and tracks orders and deliveries.
• Prepare daily schedule for next-day deliveries outlining equipment, personnel, and material needed.
• Coordinate deliveries with customers, sales, quality control, and other personnel.
• Maintain knowledge of city streets and surrounding areas to assist drivers.
