ICON Materials in Seattle is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to join our team. You will coordinate daily deliveries with customers, schedule and track orders, and work with drivers, sales, and operations to ensure timely, accurate service.

This role emphasizes excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, with overtime opportunities and advancement within the CRH family.

Qualifications

• Safety minded professional with good attendance.
• Must pass pre-employment drug testing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows applications.
• Demonstrates the ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel via telephone and two‑way radio.
• Ability to work independently, without direct supervision.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Ability to work with Supervisors, Truck Drivers, Heavy Equipment Operators and other employees.
• Follow written/verbal instructions; willingness to learn a variety of tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer and driver calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule and track orders and deliveries.
• Prepare daily delivery schedule outlining equipment, personnel, and material needs.
• Coordinate deliveries with customers, sales, quality control, and operators.
• Maintain knowledge of city streets to assist drivers to job sites.
• Dispatch drivers to meet customer demand while maintaining safety and efficiency.
• Work overtime and varying shifts including mornings, afternoons, Saturdays.
• Record delivery and product information accurately in the system.
• Communicate with supervisors about any material issues or delays.
• Support a fast-paced office environment and multitask as needed.
