Job summary

Land Title Guarantee Company is seeking a Construction Disbursement Processor in Englewood, CO. You will manage draw requests, coordinate funding, and ensure accurate disbursement payments while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, collaboration with clients, and adherence to title and lender requirements to support timely fund releases and accurate accounting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Computer savvy including Google Suite or MS Office.
• 1-3 years of clerical or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and process draw requests and disbursement requests for accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Coordinate funding requirements including title updates and inspections.
• Execute disbursements and manage stop payments or reissues as needed.
• Verify invoices and collect W-9 forms for IRS year-end reporting.
• Greet and assist customers, building relationships and modeling Land Title culture.
