Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a full-time Disbursement Agent to join the Construction Services Department in our Las Vegas, Nevada Office. You will review payment applications, audit invoices, track waivers and releases, and generate CPM/FC reports.

The role requires teamwork, meeting deadlines, data entry, and coordinating with clients and subcontractors. Strong communication, accounting knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. College educated, a plus
• Licensing in applicable State
• Construction accounting experience
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience with an Architectural, Engineering, Financial Services, Construction Management or Construction Firm
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone with a good sense of email etiquette
• Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen

• Prepare CPM/FC reports and client requirements/instructions
