Zusammenfassung

Hometap is seeking a detail-oriented title-processing specialist to manage all aspects of title orders from inception to recording in our Denver office. You will open orders, procure title search products, and handle HOA documents and payoff demands while reviewing closing files for accuracy.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Prior escrow/title experience helps, but eagerness to learn is welcomed.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
• Experience in customer service, with phone and email communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment as an individual contributor and in collaboration with internal/external partners.
• Highly organized and able to reprioritize quickly.
• Self-motivated with autonomous task management.
• Must be located in Denver, Colorado and able to work in-office.
• Fluency with escrow and title software, ideally Qualia.
• Experience in title or escrow.

Aufgaben

• Process title orders, including opening orders, ordering title search products, HOA documents, and payoff demands.
• Review and return executed documents; ensure all required items are included and notarized.
• Prepare and submit legal documents for recording with the county recorder's office.
• Monitor recording status and follow up for timely indexing.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in title reports.
• Upload and organize final documents in the file management system.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulations, and title insurance standards.
