Banc of California, Inc. is seeking an AVP, Construction Disbursement Administrator to manage lender-approved construction draws and related documentation from loan approval through final funding.

This on-site, full-time role coordinates with contractors, title insurers, borrowers and lenders to ensure accurate funding and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. Qualificações

• 7-10 years construction disbursement processing experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of IBS.
• Strong familiarity with real estate loan servicing and accounting systems.
• Ability to work at a high level with complex Excel spreadsheets, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to create reports.
• Ability to audit all disbursements.

Responsabilidades

• Establish the final Master Funding Ledger for assigned loans and track funding sources and uses.
• Verify equity payments and balance budgets across funding sources.
• Prepare and monitor funding reports for management.
• Disburse draws using appropriate funding sources and notify recipients.
• Maintain Master Funding Ledger to reflect progress and remaining funds.
• Coordinate fund control requests and project inspections.
• Audit monthly interest and ensure proper documentation for approvals.
• Follow Bank policies and procedures and perform ad hoc projects.
