Job summary

This role requires 15+ years in construction, 8+ years in management, and hands-on experience with design-build and EPC projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in diverse construction roles, with 8+ years in construction management and leadership.
• Experience leading complex industrial projects end-to-end.
• Proficiency in construction management software and design-build processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from conception to closeout, ensuring client objectives and organizational goals are met.
• Oversee risk assessment, contract negotiations, and fee/pricing decisions.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and scope with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
• Develop proposals and identify opportunities to expand client engagements.
