• 15+ years in diverse construction roles
• 8+ years in construction management and leading teams
• Experience leading industrial construction projects end-to-end
• Background in Construction and Design-Build/AEC projects

Responsibilities

• Guide projects from conception to fruition with client and organizational objectives
• Lead risk assessment, contract negotiations, and pricing decisions
• Serve as primary client liaison for market leaders and develop project proposals
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality/safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor and develop team members to improve performance and retention
