Job summary

LiRo-Hill is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support OGS construction projects in Albany, NY. This role emphasizes strong field management, client communication, and multi-phase project oversight.

You will manage 5–6 construction projects, oversee daily inspections, coordinate with design teams and contractors, and handle project schedules, change orders, and payments while ensuring safety and quality and serving as the primary client liaison.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• 4+ years as an SPM on projects $10M+.
• Experience with public-sector projects such as universities or hospitals.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, construction documents, and public procurement.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (Primavera, Bluebeam or similar).
• OSHA 30 required.
• Excellent communication, leadership and client-facing skills.

What You’ll Do

Manage 5-6 construction projects. Ensure contractors are following the contract documents, hold bi-weekly and scheduling meetings, elevate issues to the area supervisor.

• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance within secure, operational facilities.
• Act as the primary liaison for client relations and facility coordination.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of construction project management experience; 4+ years as an SPM on projects $10M+.
• Experience with public-sector projects—universities, hospitals, or secure/correctional environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, construction documents, and public procurement.
• Proficiency with scheduling technology and project management tools (Primavera, Bluebeam or similar)
• OSHA 30 required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

• Compensation range Min: $110,000 to $130,000
• The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidate's qualifications and location
• The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
