LiRo-Hill seeks an experienced Project Manager to monitor Preconstruction Design Processes for the Office of General Services (OGS) in New York. You will lead design teams, ensure compliance, and coordinate with OGS reviewers and permits, guiding projects from schematic design through construction.

Ideal candidates have multi-disciplinary leadership experience, 5+ years in design/construction, and proficiency with Bluebeam, P6, and BIM software.

Qualifikationen

• Must read and interpret plans, specs, bid materials and contracts.
• Demonstrated initiative with ability to lead or participate in teams.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in architecture/engineering/construction with multi-disciplinary leadership or equivalent.
• Travel to NY projects; 5–15% travel expected.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word; experienced with Bluebeam, P6, Submittal Exchange.

Aufgaben

• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets with client and design teams.
• Guide design teams through schematic to final documents across phases.
• Coordinate with OGS reviewers and permit group for compliance.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, field changes, and design responses during construction.
• Maintain project documentation and schedule to ensure timely delivery.
