The Construction Department Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Construction Department and Chief Operating Officer. This role coordinates daily department activities, manages vendor contracts and invoices, supports communication between Project Managers and properties, maintains organized records, and assists with special projects and executive priorities.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information with professionalism. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential.
