The role emphasizes solution-driven interactions with internal and external customers.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in customer service in an office setting and familiarity with manufacturing or logistics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service in an office environment.
• Experience in manufacturing or logistics preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willing to be adaptable in our ever-changing work environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and support customers' orders and inquiries related to their dedicated market.
• Answer calls and handle email inquiries; providing courteous, timely, and effective customer service.
• Inform customers of the status of their orders, advising them of any changes.
• Comply with company attendance standards.
• Coordinate effectively with transportation, planning, engineering and sales.
• Create cases in NetSuite for customer issue resolution and product design.
• Basic understanding of processing EDI orders.
• Work with customers to create return authorizations.
