Job summary

J. Kent Staffing is seeking a temp-to-hire Customer Service Representative for our client, a concrete construction products manufacturer in north Denver.

This 100% in-office role reports to the Customer Service Manager and focuses on exceptional service, order processing, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Accounting, and Operations. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing orders and quotes, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting product selection for

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, order entry, sales support, account management, or a related role required.
• Previous experience in the construction industry preferred; concrete construction experience is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Epicor, Oracle, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to contractors, distributors, and internal teams.
• Process orders, quotations, and customer requests accurately and efficiently.
• Support daily customer communication regarding product availability, delivery coordination, and project needs.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and responsiveness.
• Assist customers with product selection and application support related to concrete accessories and forming solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the local construction market.
• Take ownership of issues and help drive solutions.
