Responsibilities include managing high call volume, pricing COD orders, and collaborating with the Dispatcher Manager to meet commitments.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an exceptional customer service experience while communicating with customers.
• Take orders for delivery, requests for pricing, and advice on product line.
• Maintain high level of customer service by taking orders accurately and courteously.
• Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintain professionalism and composure under stressful conditions.
• Identify customer needs and ask clarifying questions.
• Communicate pricing for COD customers and upsell value-added products.
• Build sustainable relationships with customers, both internal and external.
• Meet personal and team objectives.
• Provide sales support to current and new customers.
• Receive orders and schedule them properly.
• Record customer orders accurately into the dispatching system.
• Guide and recommend products for specific applications.
• Work very closely with Dispatcher Manager to ensure customer commitments can be achieved.
• Record all changes requested by the customer accurately and promptly in the Command Data system.
• Responsible for order accuracy through attention to detail.
• Assist and participate in new initiatives and projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
