Job summary

MasTec, Inc. is seeking a construction crew supervisor to coordinate daily activities for six or more craft workers across multiple sites. The role requires reading blueprints, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring quality workmanship on schedule.

You will collaborate with site leadership, manage equipment, and complete essential reports. Occasional travel is required, and compensation includes competitive wages with benefits.

Qualifications

• Education and Work Experience: High school diploma or GED with 3+ years in construction.
• Proficient in supervising craft workers and coordinating daily activities.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.

Responsibilities

• Interpret specifications and read blueprints to plan crew layout.
• Preplan daily activities and ensure productivity to meet schedules.
• Monitor quality and safety, and coordinate equipment needs and maintenance.
• Complete reports such as Daily Reports and Safety Reports for projects.
• Travel to different jobsites on short notice and support leadership across projects.
