Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1+ year of construction experience or equivalent.
• Read blueprints and job orders accurately.
• Demonstrate strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities for 1–5 workers.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with policies.
• Interpret specifications and blueprints and assign duties.
• Maintain progress on schedule and document daily reports.
• Travel to different job sites as required and coordinate resources.
• Assist in training new workers and performances reviews.
