Qualifications

• Experience in commercial B2B credit and collections.
• Construction lien waiver knowledge or related construction credit experience.
• Experience managing delinquent commercial accounts and resolving payment disputes.
• Understanding AR aging, credit terms, and collection procedures.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and credit or accounting systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Addison, Illinois, five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial B2B collections, representing ~90% of the role.
• Monitor AR aging, delinquent balances, and DSO.
• Contact commercial customers to resolve overdue balances and secure payments.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, deductions, and disputes.
• Review customer credit information and assist with credit limits.
• Manage credit holds and coordinate order releases.
• Work with sales and internal teams to resolve account issues.
• Prepare or coordinate construction lien waivers and related docs.
• Maintain accurate collection records and follow-up activity.
• Utilize credit/collections software, ERP systems, and Excel.
