Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Addison, IL is seeking a Credit & Collections Analyst to join our team onsite. You will manage B2B collections, monitor aging, and work on credit decisions for commercial accounts supporting our distribution operations.

The ideal candidate has lien waiver knowledge for construction projects, strong Excel skills, and experience resolving payment disputes while collaborating with sales and finance to protect cash flow.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in commercial B2B credit and collections.
• Construction lien waiver knowledge or related construction credit experience.
• Experience managing delinquent commercial accounts and resolving payment disputes.
• Understanding of accounts receivable aging, credit terms, and collection procedures.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and credit or accounting systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Addison, Illinois, five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial B2B collections, representing about 90% of the role.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging, delinquent balances, and DSO.
• Contact commercial customers to resolve overdue balances and secure payments.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, deductions, and disputes.
• Review customer credit information and assist with credit limit decisions.
• Manage credit holds and coordinate order releases.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to resolve account issues.
• Prepare and review construction lien waivers and related credit documents.
• Maintain accurate collection records and follow-up activity.
• Utilize credit software, ERP systems, and Excel.
