Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC in Addison, IL is seeking a Credit & Collections Analyst to manage commercial B2B collections, credit management, and accounts receivable in a hands-on onsite role.

The ideal candidate will handle construction lien waiver documentation, resolve payment disputes, monitor AR aging and DSO, and collaborate with sales and other departments to secure timely payments. This is a full-time, onsite position with bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in commercial B2B credit and collections.
• Construction lien waiver knowledge OR related construction credit experience.
• Experience managing delinquent commercial accounts and resolving payment disputes.
• Understanding of accounts receivable aging, credit terms, and collection procedures.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and credit or accounting systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Addison, Illinois, five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial B2B collections (≈90% of role).
• Monitor AR aging, delinquent balances, and DSO.
• Contact commercial customers to collect overdue payments.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies, deductions, and payment disputes.
• Review customer credit information and assist with credit limits.
• Manage credit holds and coordinate order releases.
• Coordinate with sales and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare, process, review, or coordinate construction lien waivers and related credit documentation.
• Maintain accurate collection records and follow-up activity.
• Utilize credit and collections software, ERP systems, and Excel.
