White Cap is seeking a Counter Sales Associate in Memphis to deliver exceptional customer service at the counter, over the phone, and for will-call orders. You will quote prices, enter orders, and provide timely order information while resolving issues with product knowledge and accurate information.

You will communicate features and benefits, offer related products, and upsell where appropriate, supporting a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with cross-functional teamwork.

Formación

• Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service.
• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone and will-call customers.
• Process quotes, enter and pull orders, and communicate order information.
• Explain product features, benefits and warranty policy to customers.
• Apply product knowledge to advise on applications and troubleshoot problems.
• Upsell by identifying related products and promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
