Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Counter Sales Associate in Colorado to join our on-site team. You will serve walk-in, phone, and will-call customers, process orders, quote prices, enter orders into the system, and provide order information.

You will also pull orders as needed and communicate product features, benefits, and warranty information. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, familiarity with sales order systems (Oracle or similar), and the ability

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Experience with sales order systems or ERP platforms (Oracle or similar).
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions, including upselling.
• Working knowledge of construction, industrial, or contractor-focused product lines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy (order entry, follow-up, and issue resolution).
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will call customers.
• Processes orders, quotes prices, enters orders into the system and provides order information; pulls orders as required.
• Communicates product features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
• Demonstrates knowledge of products and their applications; provides technical advice, troubleshoots, and resolves problems.
• Upsells by identifying related products and informing customers of promotions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
