Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project estimates including construction costs and fees.
• Engage with vendors to review and validate cost inputs.
• Provide cost reporting and forecasts to clients.
• Support procurement activities including vendor prequalification and bid evaluation.
• Maintain a commercial risk register and lead review meetings.
