Job summary

Turner & Townsend invites graduates to join the Cost Management Analyst track within the Graduate Development Program at our Boston, MA location. You will work on a variety of capital projects, supporting cost estimation, procurement, contract administration, and reporting while developing core competencies in cost control and financial planning.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of industry experience and hold a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Construction Management, Construction Science,

Qualifications

0-2 years of industry experience.
Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree.
Preferred Degrees: Construction Management, Construction Science, Project Management, General Business.

Responsibilities

Support in development of comprehensive project estimates, including construction, fees, direct work, and other associated costs.
Engage with vendors to review, validate, and challenge cost inputs.
Utilize benchmark data from previous projects to inform and assess estimate accuracy.
Capital Planning Support: Advise clients on capital planning strategies across large-scale portfolios.
Procurement Strategy & Vendor Management: Support procurement activities including vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and bid leveling.
Cost Reporting & Forecasting: Establish and manage cost reporting schedules and present cost reports to clients.
