Responsibilities

Support development of comprehensive project estimates, including construction, fees, direct work and other costs.
Engage with vendors to review, validate, and challenge cost inputs.
Utilize benchmark data from previous projects to inform estimate accuracy.
Advise clients on capital planning strategies across large-scale portfolios.
Provide insights to optimize investment decisions and long-term financial planning.
Support procurement activities including vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and bid leveling.
Facilitate bid interviews and provide final recommendations for vendor selection.
Oversee the appointment process in alignment with client objectives.
Establish and manage cost reporting schedules; present reports and forecasts to clients.
