Job summary

SERVPRO of Annapolis is seeking a Construction Coordinator to join our reconstruction team in Arnold, MD. This in-office role focuses on coordinating with customers, Project Managers, estimators, and subcontractors to keep projects moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone and customer-service skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Professional, friendly communication and ability to follow up.
• Experience in construction or administrative coordination preferred.
• Experience with Xactimate or insurance restoration is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming construction-related calls
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding their reconstruction projects
• Work closely with Project Managers, estimators, and construction leadership throughout the day
• Help coordinate project schedules and customer appointments
• Prepare, track, and communicate change orders
• Follow up on outstanding customer and project needs
• Help keep projects moving by identifying missing information or outstanding action items
• Coordinate communication between customers and the production team
• Maintain accurate job files, notes, documents, and project information
• Assist with contracts, documentation, and other construction-related paperwork
• Help track project status and upcoming needs
• Provide administrative support to the reconstruction department
• Help create an excellent customer experience from the beginning of the reconstruction process through completion
