Job summary

SERVPRO of Annapolis is seeking an organized Construction Coordinator to join our reconstruction team in Arnold, MD. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on coordinating communications between customers, Project Managers, estimators, subcontractors, and construction leadership.

You’ll handle incoming calls, schedule activities, prepare change orders, track status, and help keep projects moving while delivering an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming construction-related calls.
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding reconstruction projects.
• Work closely with Project Managers, estimators, and construction leadership.
• Coordinate project schedules and customer appointments.
• Prepare, track, and communicate change orders.
• Follow up on outstanding customer and project needs.
• Help keep projects moving by identifying missing information or outstanding actions.
• Coordinate communication between customers and the production team.
• Maintain accurate job files and project information.
• Assist with contracts and construction-related paperwork.
