Job summary

Gilder Search Group is partnering with a Florida general contractor to hire a Construction Project Coordinator for field and office support in Miami. The role focuses on documentation, scheduling, and communication for mid- to large-scale concrete restoration and related projects.

You will maintain contracts and reports, prepare schedules and meeting minutes, and track procurement, permits, and inspections while assisting with invoices, budgets, and subcontractor agreements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in construction management/engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years in construction administration or project coordination (building envelope, concrete restoration, or fenestration a plus).
• Proficient in Procore, MS Project, Fieldwire, Monday.com, or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reports.
• Prepare schedules, progress updates, and meeting minutes.
• Track procurement, material deliveries, permits, and inspections.
• Assist with invoices, budgets, and subcontractor agreements.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Support close-out documents, punch lists, and compliance records.
