Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of construction, field engineering, or project coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities across multiple disciplines to support safe, efficient project execution.
• Collaborate with Construction Managers, Superintendents, Field Engineers and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, update on schedule performance and risks; support risk mitigation.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, quality, project controls, commissioning and construction.
• Review work packages, drawings, specifications to support field execution.
• Assist with constructability reviews and productivity improvements.
• Participate in daily coordination meetings and progress reviews.
• Track field issues and support resolution of technical queries and constraints.
• Support workforce planning and resource coordination to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, quality requirements and regulatory standards.
