Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Field Engineer – Civil to lead field engineering on active industrial construction sites. You will act as the link between engineering, construction, quality, and commissioning to ensure civil designs are implemented in the field safely and efficiently.

The role is field-based with a strong emphasis on practical problem solving, mentorship, and collaboration with project teams to meet project requirements and schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong civil engineering knowledge applied to field execution.
• The candidate will provide technical leadership in construction and startup phases.
• Experience supporting industrial construction, site development, and commissioning interfaces.
• Ability to interpret civil drawings, specs, and construction documentation.
• Proven ability to mentor junior field engineers and coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Provide civil field engineering expertise during construction, commissioning and startup.
• Interpret drawings, specs and procedures for field teams.
• Evaluate field conditions and propose practical design changes.
• Coordinate engineering changes with field implementation.
• Support quality, safety, and commissioning activities on site.
• Lead technical initiatives and provide field guidance to teams.
