Terbo Group is seeking a hands-on Controller to oversee financial operations for our growing company in Dunedin, Florida. The Controller will manage financial activities, cash flow, and compliance, while collaborating with leadership to provide financial insights.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry, and a strong understanding of job costing and financial reporting. This is a full-time onsite role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Experience working in a small to mid-sized company environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations and cash management.
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable.
• Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
