Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Master's degree or CPA certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly payroll activities and ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Oversee the company's 401K plan and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Process bonuses and other incentive payments in a timely manner.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and present to senior management.
• Manage cash flow to ensure funds for operations.
• Use Timberline, Sage 300, and Procore to manage financial activities.
• Prepare year-end financial statements and coordinate the year-end close.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
• Train and mentor junior staff members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Controller.
