Job summary

Clark & Enersen in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a Construction Phase Contract Administrator/Coordinator to join our design-build team. The role focuses on contract review, administration between Owner and Contractor, and processing RFI/submittals in support of project delivery.

The position requires a college graduate in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, strong organization and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• College graduate (bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field) preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are a must.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel (20%)

Responsibilities

• Review and administer contracts between Owner and Contractor
• Review, track, and process requests for information and submittals
• Develop and process modifications to Contract Documents
• Process and review monthly Applications and Certificates for Payment
• Assess and track changes in contract amount and/or time
• Represent the firm at periodic meetings with clients and during construction as required
• Provide periodic project observation and Field Observation reports
• Review and process project closeout documentation
