Job summary

Clark & Enersen Inc. is seeking a Construction Phase Contract Administrator/Coordinator for our Lincoln, Nebraska office. You will review and administer contracts, process RFIs and submittals, and track changes in contract scope and time.

This role represents the firm in meetings with clients and on-site visits to ensure project alignment and quality. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, and travel up to 20% to project sites.

Qualifications

• Requires strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to project sites.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and administer contracts between Owner and Contractor.
• Review, track, and process requests for information and submittals.
• Develop and modify Contract Documents as needed.
• Process and review monthly Applications and Certificates for Payment.
• Assess and track changes in contract amount and/or time.
• Represent the firm at client meetings and on-site as required.
• Provide periodic project observation and Field Observation reports.
• Review and process project closeout documentation.
