Job summary

W3Global is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Contract Administrator to join our architectural design team in Indianapolis. You will bridge the architect, owner, and general contractor during construction to ensure adherence to design intent, specifications, quality standards, and budget.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, and building codes, and will lead site visits, RFI processing, change management, and project closeout with a focus

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction administration experience in an architecture firm or similar.
• Proficiency with architectural blueprints, specifications, and Procore.
• Strong communication, construction methods knowledge, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Site evaluation for quality control and to monitor progress, ensuring code and design intent adherence.
• Process RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings with the design team.
• Coordinate change orders, field directives, and supplemental instructions to preserve scope.
• Review contractor payment applications and verify milestone completion.
• Lead closeout activities, punch lists, and final documentation.
