Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Senior Project Architect for a full-time, on-site role in Indianapolis, IN. Lead projects through design and documentation, coordinating with engineers and consultants to deliver buildable, LEED-aligned design packages.

The ideal candidate will have a professional architecture degree, strong design/technical skills, and advanced BIM experience (Revit). Responsibilities include construction administration and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Strong architectural design and technical abilities.
• Advanced skills in BIM and documentation.
• Proficiency in BIM software and documentation practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration, with team leadership ability.
• Experience managing projects from schematic design through construction.
• Experience in commercial, institutional, or mixed-use sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all design phases and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers and consultants to ensure integrated documents.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, and construction administration; review shop drawings.
• Mentor junior staff and guide project teams to ensure quality outputs.
• Maintain design intent, BIM standards, and sustainable design practices.
