Job summary

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings, strong reading of drawings, and proficiency with Excel and estimating software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Experience with metal stud framing, drywall, and acoustical assemblies
• Strong reading of drawings and specifications; attention to detail
• Experience with scheduling, project management, and estimating software

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs for cold-formed metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and related specialties using The Edge estimating software
• Prepare accurate, competitive estimates to secure new projects
• Manage bid-phase communications with clients and subcontractors
• Collaborate effectively with office and field teams
• Effectively manage projects from start to finish
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
