Job summary

W3Global in Las Vegas, NV seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead design through construction administration on multi-family, commercial, and hospitality projects. You will coordinate teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure code compliance using Revit and AutoCAD.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in architecture, strong communication and organization, and a track record delivering on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of architecture firm experience.
• 7+ years of Revit experience.
• 5+ years of AutoCAD experience.
• 7+ years of architecture experience.
• 7+ years of construction documentation experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination across design teams, consultants, contractors, and building officials.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage projects and deliverables within schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings and communications.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
• Prepare and coordinate submissions to AHJs.
• Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and building officials.
• Understand client objectives and support project goals.
• Manage project documentation and construction administration activities.
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with the broader design team.
• Maintain accuracy, organization, and efficiency across project deliverables.
