Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a client-facing role dedicated to placement and service of Personal Lines for its clients. You will manage the end-to-end process in an automated environment, ensuring high-quality service and accurate policy administration.

Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, supporting RFPs/proposals, and providing risk analyses to optimize coverage and value for multi-state, medium clients. The role blends independent work with team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years’ experience in the Personal Insurance/Private Client industry, preferred
• Property and Casualty license required
• Industry designations such as CIC or CISR can be helpful

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of placement and service of Personal Lines for Willis Towers Watson Clients in an automated environment
• Maintain client relationships and support retention above the Personal Lines average
• Support sales process (RFPs, proposals, presentations) and provide risk analysis
