Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $115,000 depending on experience and market, with commission on collected revenue and no cap. Expect regular local travel and occasional trips to Sugar Land for planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling professional or technical services to the construction industry like testing or inspection.
• Existing network of contractors, owners, or design firms in the posting market.
• Disciplined, forecastable pipeline habits and honest reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a target list of contractors, owners, developers, and design firms.
• Own relationships end-to-end; track permits, bid boards, and project announcements.
• Run the pursuit pipeline from first contact to signed agreement; coordinate with engineering on scope and pricing.
• Represent the company at industry events and report pipeline monthly.
