Construction Material Testing seeks a Business Development Manager to own the market relationships with general contractors, owners, developers and design firms in the Nashville area. You will drive the pipeline of projects, coordinate with the engineering team on scope and pricing, and close deals with a base salary plus commission on collected revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a target list of contractors, owners, developers and design firms.
• Own relationships end to end; track permits, bid boards and project announcements.
• Pursue opportunities from first contact through proposal, negotiation and signed agreement.
• Coordinate proposals with the engineering team: scope, pricing and qualifications.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings; report pipeline monthly.
