Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in construction or trades.
• Experience with job costing and project-level financial tracking.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
• Process weekly or bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule using QuickBooks Payroll
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a regular basis
• Track subcontractor and vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments
• Assist with job costing and project-level financial tracking in support of field operations
• Prepare and organize financial records for monthly and year-end reporting
• Liaise with external accountants or CPA as needed during tax season or audits
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files in compliance with company procedures
