Responsibilities

• Project Accounting: set up new projects, maintain records, process billings and change orders, support financial reporting.
• Accounts Receivable: monitor receivables, follow up on past-due accounts, maintain collection notes, assist with external collections.
• Accounts Payable: process purchase orders and subcontractor invoices, respond to AP inquiries.
• Contract Administration: maintain contracts and change orders, ensure records are up to date.
• Administrative Support: provide accounting and admin support to help projects succeed.
