Job summary

Faith Technologies, based in Wisconsin, is seeking an Operation Specialist to manage day-to-day client billing for assigned projects under the supervision of the Senior Operation Specialist. You will prepare billing packages, verify supporting documentation, enter data in billing systems, track deadlines, and escalate discrepancies to ensure accurate, timely invoices.

Collaboration with Project Management, Operations, Finance and other stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of related experience.
• Associate Degree in Accounting with 1–4 years of accounting or billing experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client bills for assigned projects in accordance with contracts and terms.
• Review billing requirements and supporting documentation for completeness.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather billing information.
• Enter and maintain billing data in applicable systems and track deadlines.
• Escalate discrepancies or questions to the Senior Operation Specialist.
• Assist with pay applications, audits, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate billing records and project billing contacts.
• Support LNTP and transition processes as projects reach milestones.
