You’ll work with Project Managers and General Contractors, utilizing Procore, Textura, GC Pay, and Levelset to manage AIA billing, SOVs, changes, retainage, and lien waivers while ensuring contract compliance and healthy cash flow.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction billing, project accounting, or contract billing experience.
• Proficient with ERP/accounting systems and Excel.
• Experience collaborating with General Contractors and Project Managers.

Contract Billing Specialist

Our growing client is seeking an experienced Contract Billing Specialist with a strong construction billing background to take ownership of the full billing lifecycle. This is a high-impact role with future leadership potential and requires someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AIA billing, progress billings, stored materials billing, and payment applications.
• Prepare and maintain Schedule of Values (SOVs), change orders, retainage, and lien waivers.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with billing requirements.
• Work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and internal teams to support project billing and cash flow.
• Manage contractor billing platforms such as Procore, Textura, GC Pay, Levelset, or similar systems.
• Support billing reporting, reconciliations, and collections efforts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction billing, project accounting, or contract billing experience.
• Strong experience with:
