Job summary
Novus Property Solutions is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager – Construction to grow profitable opportunities across new build, refurbishment, recladding and building safety projects in the Midlands and North of England. You will lead framework opportunities, direct awards and procurement strategies with senior stakeholders.
Based home-based with hybrid travel across the Midlands and North of England, you will collaborate with Bid, Estimating, Operations and Commercial teams to win
Responsibilities
- Build strategic relationships with housing associations, local authorities, universities, NHS Trusts and government agencies.
- Identify and progress upcoming mini-competitions, direct award opportunities and tenders.
- Generate a strong pipeline of opportunities between £2m-£10m across new build, refurbishment, recladding and building safety.
- Engage with clients early to support procurement strategy and value engineering opportunities.
- Collaborate with Bid, Estimating, Operations, Commercial and technical teams to qualify bids and deliver presentations.
- Develop relationships with architects, cost consultants, project managers, employers agents, framework managers, fire engineers, surveyors and asset management consultants to position Novus for opportunities.
- Produce pipeline reports, market updates and competitor insights for planning and work-winning activities.
