PULLMAN, a Structural Group Company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the Greater Pittsburgh market. You will identify and pursue opportunities across commercial construction, repair, restoration, and building envelope solutions, working with owners, engineers, architects, and contractors.

In this role, you will manage the sales pipeline, lead presentations, and collaborate with operations and estimating teams to craft compelling solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development or sales experience in commercial construction.
• Strong network in the Greater Pittsburgh construction market.
• Experience calling on owners, engineers, architects, property managers, and general contractors is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, estimating, and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow relationships with owners, engineers, architects, and contractors in the Greater Pittsburgh market.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new project opportunities in commercial construction and restoration.
• Manage opportunities and maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in Salesforce.
• Lead pursuit planning, proposals, and client presentations to win work.
• Coordinate prequalification packages, vendor registrations, and qualification requirements.
