Job summary

Alberici Constructors seeks an Assistant Project Manager to oversee estimates, schedules, and finances for major projects. You will supervise subcontractor performance, monitor costs, and ensure safety and quality in collaboration with a Project Manager.

The role emphasizes plan development, cost control, and effective communication with senior leadership, while advancing through Alberici’s Operations Career Ladder.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to the construction industry is required.
• 3–6 years of experience in project engineering or construction project management.
• Experience with moderate scope projects and exposure to bidding processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, updates, distributes, and manages estimates.
• Informs and negotiates change orders with VP/PD/PM; oversees pricing and addenda.
• Manages the master schedule and tracks progress against plan.
• Monitors budgeting, cash flow, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on project site.
